3rd Party Vendor Compliance Risk Management

Due to the recent focus on payment processing vendors “Operation Choke Point” and third party vendor oversight by several federal agencies including the CFPB, Department of Justice (DOJ), FDIC, FTC, and others, BankersComply has developed a review process for existing vendors and a pre-qualification process to assist lenders examine all third party servicers to ensure compliance with lender policies.

We also work with lenders to establish prospective vendor compliance guidelines and then review vendor’s compliance with the guidelines.
